Paul Decq

It is not surprising that Paul Decq, born in West Flanders is fascinated by water, boats, the coast with its harbour activities.

Living in Wenduine, he could as architect, distinguish himself as a water colourist full op promises.

Because of his profession, the accuracy of perspective enables the water colourist to reproduce this on paper with subtlety, thanks to his palette.

In 1990 he was appointed as first Marine Painter by the Belgian Navy and in 1998 he became member of the " Belgian Marine Painters". He has exhibited his works in Portugal, Germany, The Netherlands and France.
